In the event of damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. You can call our office at 805-498-2484 or email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy discuss the best way to handle a return/exchange. Please keep the original packaging, and document any damage to the item and/or packaging by emailing us a photo of the damage — that is the only way we are able to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
